Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales - Smoky Mountain Tunes & Tales is a spring and summer-long street performance event throughout the city of Gatlinburg featuring costumed musical performers, storytellers and artisans portraying time periods as far back as 1800.

First Independence Day Parade in the Nation-- The 40th anniversary of the first Independence Day Parade in the Nation will be honoring military veterans and other American military heroes.  Beginning at the stroke of midnight, start your Independence Day by saluting our nations troops in Gatlinburg!

25th Annual Patriot Festival – Held every year for the past 25 years on Independence Day and located at Patriot Park in Pigeon Forge, this event is puts you into the  patriotic spirit and concludes with a great display of fireworks.

Gatlinburg River Raft Regatta-- Beginning at noon, the River Raft Regatta well set sail down the Little Pigeon River in Downtown Gatlinburg.

Gatlinburg's Fireworks Finale-- End the 4th with a bang and be dazzled by the fireworks show visible anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg!

Laughing until we had tears. I’ve never seen anything like the look on my kids’ faces when we drove down the Parkway past Pigeon Forge attractions. Our hotel was so vibrant and the staff was upbeat and helpful. Pigeon Forge is the brightest spot in the Smoky Mountains. The high energy (and clean language) shows we saw in theaters had everyone in my family clapping their hands…even “sour” Uncle George.
