State of Tennessee’s Annual Sales Tax-Free Weekend- The State of Tennessee's Annual Sales Tax Holiday is held every year on the first Friday in August and ends the following Sunday night. With so many shopping venues throughout all of Pigeon Forge you need to make plans now to receive great deals and save tax dollars on all of your back to school items!

Winterfest Trolley Tour of Lights - See five million shining lights while you're on a Winterfest Trolley Tour of Lights. The heated, enclosed trolley comes complete with a personal tour guide who will share stories about Pigeon Forge's history and famous Winterfest displays.Winterfest Trolley Tour of Lights begins and ends at Patriot Park. Tickets can be purchased the day of the tour and reservations are required for groups of 10 or more. With many dates to choose from be sure to make your plans now to experience a Smoky Mountain winter in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Titanic's Holiday Snow Wonderland - This holiday season you'll find snow in Pigeon Forge again! As part of the Titanic Museum’s “Christmas in a Winter Wonderland,” which is dedicated to the lives of the 2,208 passengers and crew of the Titanic, there will be snow. Mountain Man Memorial March - This is the Eighth Annual Mountain Man Memorial March, which is a 26.2-mile march in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The march takes place on Saturday, April 11 in Gatlinburg as a tribute to our men and women in uniform. April 10 - 11, 2015.
