Third Annual Sevier County Genealogy Conference

Beginning at noon today and extending into late Saturday afternoon, you can attend the Third Annual Sevier County Genealogy Conference at Pigeon Forge Community Center and Library. Featured speakers include Sheila Steele Hunt of Hunt Genealogy and Associates; Carol Roberts of the Tennessee State Library & Archives; and Mark J. Lowe, an expert genealogist.

Conference programs include: "Using Excel to Manage Your Genealogy History", Document Preservation, The History of Greenbrier, Early Census Records, "Tennessee: The Road to the West", "Out on a Limb", and "Here Comes the Bride". An entertaining storytelling dinner is scheduled for Friday evening as well.
