PigeonForge.com (“Sponsor”) occasionally conducts online giveaways, contests, and promotional events (“Promotions”). Participation is voluntary. Information collected as part of a Promotion is used only to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and improve our website and services in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information collected through Promotions with third parties except as necessary to administer the Promotion or as required by law.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the official announcement for a specific Promotion, Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Additional eligibility requirements, including residency, social media participation, or entry limitations, may apply to individual Promotions and will be disclosed in the applicable rules or announcement.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotional partners, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate unless otherwise stated.
Participation in any Promotion constitutes the entrant’s agreement to these Contest Rules and any additional rules published for that Promotion. Promotions are void where prohibited by law and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Prize Selection & Awards
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting a prize, where applicable.
Prizes & Prize Packages: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Prizes are typically delivered within four (4) weeks after eligibility has been verified unless otherwise specified in the Promotion.
Promotions On Facebook and/or Instagram: PigeonForge.com may use Meta platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to release information about or run Promotions. These Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, and entrants are required to release and hold Meta harmless from liability.
Winner Notification & Claim Period
Notifications: Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided during entry or through the platform on which the Promotion was conducted.
Claim Period: Winners must respond and claim their prize within ten (10) days of the first notification attempt unless a different deadline is specified for the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within the claim period, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner, if applicable.
Promotional Use
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, submitted content, and statements related to the Promotion for promotional or advertising purposes without additional compensation.
Content Submission: If a Promotion requires the submission of photos, videos, written content, or other materials, entrants retain ownership of their submissions but grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display those submissions in connection with the Promotion and the marketing of PigeonForge.com.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Contest Rules, attempts to circumvent entry limitations, or otherwise acts in a manner that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and rule interpretation are final.
