Each of the 2 mansions boast a spacious kitchen which is large enough for a full staff. Each kitchen comes fully equipped with 2 refrigerator/freezers, 2 stove/& double ovens, 2 dishwashers, & generous pantry with everything needed to prepare a simple dinner or a feast.

Each bedroom suite comes with a king size bed, gas fireplace & flat-screen TV. In addition, each suite has a private bathroom, with jetted tub, shower, double sink vanities, & hairdryer.

Every bedroom exits onto a balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

For your convenience, there are 4 laundry rooms & plenty of parking on site.

There are endless recreational activities on this estate. Your guests can enjoy a movie in 1of the 2 private theaters. Your guests can enjoy old-fashioned arcade games in one 4 game rooms or they can enjoy a game of air hockey, foosball, or shoot a game of pool. You will find 4 hot tubs and a fire pit on the property.
