The manager, Shayna, gave excellent customer service during my 4th of July stay. You can tell she actually enjoys her job and interacting with guests. The rooms were very clean and I am OCD. I did not get the other front desk employee’s name but she was also kind which proves Shayna is hiring and training her staff well! I will never forget my stay here.

The location can't be beat. Just step off property onto main downtown street. Were able to check in early and start our vacay immediately. The beds are soooo comfortable. Breakfast is good and served until 10 am which is helpful after a night of moonshine tasting. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this property

I stayed here with my two boys in March just before Spring Break craziness really kicked off.

I was hesitant at first because the parking lot was full of old mattresses and a dumpster and the rooms have external access which is a little different than what I’m accustomed to with Hampton Inn.

However, the room was tidy, comfortable, and looked out onto the Little Pigeon River.

The office staff proved incredibly helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect! A few minutes walk to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Situated next to the sky tram. Located right on Main Street which means easy access to tons of shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Plus, the added benefit of not having to find and pay for parking.

The breakfast was top tier! It really gave us a great start to the day.

My only complaint is that the pool area wasn’t opened yet.

10/10 Would stay here again!
