About

Mama’s Farmhouse Restaurant features Southern Cookin’ served Family Style, All You Can Eat. Family style restaurants are so rare. Discover what it means to dine in southern Appalachia at the base of the Smoky Mountains. Harken back to a time when folks gathered around the table and passed bowl after bowl of homemade goodness in the spirit of family, fellowship, and healing. They feature all the goodies that the Johnson Family’s Great-Grandmother (known as Mama to the family) made for them. You’ll enjoy dishes like hand breaded fried chicken, chicken & dumplings, sweet potato casserole, green beans and more. Just sit down and enjoy Mama’s cookin’ and they’ll do all the rest! You can even take home jars of their soup and fruit butters to stock your own pantry!

We are now serving a Blue Plate Lunch Special Monday through Friday. Check out the website for menu and pricing.

Had the most delicious southern dinner meal. Fried Fish and steak, Biscuits with Strawberry Glaze ,Chicken & Dumplings, Mac & Cheese, Broccoli Casserole, Dessert: Banana Pudding and the Peach Cobbler (yummy).

There was no wait time during the weekday night. Amazing customer service. cleanness was everywhere.

A great option for those wanting authentic country style cooking. Husband and I ate lunch here on New Year's Day. We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess, who had a wonderfully cheerful attitude and seemed to actually enjoy her job. The atmosphere was inviting, bright and clean with adequate spaced seating. We ordered the all-you-can-eat option, which was served family style. The food was well prepared, well seasoned, and tasted fresh. Our server, though not very hospitable, was professional and courteous. This restaurant has made it onto our short list of restaurants to revisit while in Pigeon Forge.
