I stayed here for just one night on a work trip and was blown away by how nice this place is. Brandy at the front desk was super nice, the apartment-style rooms were clean and felt like a small house as opposed to a hotel, and the restaurant downstairs was terrific. I have to come back to town in several months and I will most definitely be making reservations here again.

The exceptional accommodations of the New Hotel Collection Smoky Mountain Hotel are outstanding! Me and my family stayed in the 2 bed 2bath open concept, efficiency unit that was beautifully designed and welcoming. My daughter and her family and I came here to make a lasting life long memory. I am not well and I wanted a place where I could make a special memory with my daughter and grandchildren, this boutique hotel delivered on every point. The grounds do not disappoint. The restaurant is amazing as well as the unique vibe of its coffee shop. This historical building transformed into private condos will make for any memorable getaway. I highly recommend this hotel. The value is exceptional, and I had to pinch myself for the price we paid for the accommodations we were given. This hotel is close to other restaurants and main attractions as well as Dollywood and the Splash Country which made our week extra special and convenient for my grandchildren to enjoy the local amusement parks and other attractions in near by Pigeon Forge easy for them to have fun and at the end of the day make this hotel a beautiful home base! I hope to be given the blessing to frequent this hotel as a guest again.
