Pigeon Forge Landing RV Resort

RCV Outdoors Location on the Little Pigeon River and also straddles the Two City Lines !! We've been here full time for over a year now. We found them by accident as they don't really advertise. The property is huge. All sites are Concrete padded with both Pull Thru and Back in Spots with 30/50 hookups and 2 standard outlets water and septic. All sites are also Big Rig Friendly. River Side Tent Camping is also available. Ample Overflow Parking near the Office.

This RV Resort has 2 Bath house locations along with Laundry Facilities. Office Space and a small Fitness Area along with a Heated Pool and Hot Tub with a VIEW. The Views are spectacular especially snow capped. Short Term, Long Term and month to Month are all available. Newly added are multiple Cottage homes with some available to rent, for those who prefer to stay off the scary mountain roads.

If you are worried about Mail and Packages, its all worry free and @ NO CHARGE !!!! Office staff are kind and helpful daily. Hours will vary with the seasons. Management is always on site as well.

You are walking distance to Iron Forge Brewery and a quick 3 minute drive to The Apple Barn. Titanic, Hard Rock Cafe, Hatfield and McCoys can be seen from the Resort and is a 10 min drive.

Skyland Ranch (can be seen from the Resort as well) and Tanger Outlets is about 15 mins and about a 1.5 mile drive away. Walmart and Chik Fil 3 mi.

On a Good Day You can Hear the Sounds of the Dollywood Express and when in season you can also see their Weekend Fireworks. Dollywood is about a 25 minute drive across town.
