River Place Condos

Love this place very spacious, looks newly renovated, nice big bathrooms, nice closets, pool was clean, balcony had table and chairs, they had left laundry soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, toiletries, big fluffy towels, big comfy beds, big pillows, nice fluffy furniture! Right off the strip in the middle of Pigeon Forge, easy to get in and out, plenty in walking distance, big parking lot, lots of info in the lobby space! Super quiet and there are lots of families here! Super cold A/C functional fireplace or can use without heat, 3 tvs, even had an old landline phone! As long as this place is open I'll never stay anywhere else!!! Oh and awesome reservation staff!!

I would definitely recommend the river place condos to anyone coming to stay in this area. They were so helpful and accommodating when at the last minute we needed a place to stay. They were able to help us figure out a way to stay there for 4 nights. The rooms were very nice and clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and there was tons of room for my family of 5. The location is in walking distance of a lot of stores and food places. Absolutely would stay here again if we ever are in the area.

I had a blast. The rooms were really nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need in it. You can feed the geese off of your balcony or sit on your balcony and enjoy watching nature. During our stay we watched a crane catch food, groundhogs run to get food while trying to not be ran off by geese, and ducks running after each other. It's in the middle of just about everything in pigeon forge not too far from everything. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning guests. Our honeymoon was fantastic; we would not have known what things their were to do if river place didn't have a area with coupons and pamphlets. We had loads of fun on our 1st week of marriage and made lots of first memories for me. My first time to Tennessee and I don't regret going.
