Embassy Suites/Tempo by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort

First time staying at this beautiful hotel, but definitely won't be the last. Front desk staff, housekeeping staff and restaurant/bar staff were always super friendly and helpful. The lobby is huge, yet cozy with decor heavily influenced by the surrounding landscape. Suites are comfortable and well appointed, with upscale toiletries, Keurig coffee makers, and tons of streaming choices on the TV! The view from our suite was spectacular and I believe most of the balcony rooms have a similar view. It was too cold for the pool area but can't wait to return and enjoy the outdoor amenities. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful and the restaurant and bar offered plenty of choices for everyone in our group. Can't wait to return again and again.

The rooftop lounge with its fireplace and sweeping mountain views is stunning. The property itself is expansive and full of life, with multiple public spaces that each offer a unique atmosphere. Exploring the hotel felt like an experience in itself.

Our room was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Dining - from breakfast through dinner and room service - was consistently excellent.

Most importantly, the service was outstanding. The staff were visible, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
