Wednesday, July 29, 2026
- 8:00 AM: Upper lot opens for staging and cleaning
- On-site truck wash available
Thursday, July 30, 2026
- 9:00 AM: Trucks showing inside the LeConte Center must be in the upper lot and ready to roll inside for parking
- 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Inside truck show arena
- Vendors should be staged in the upper lot (will be brought in as space allows)
- 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Dinner and Casino Night at the Lodge (transportation provided)
Friday, July 31, 2026
- 10:00 AM: Show opens to the public (inside and outside)
- 6:30 PM: Show closes inside (LeConte Center)
- 8:00 PM: Upper parking lot party and light show
- 10:00 PM: Light show and parking lot party ends
Saturday, August 1, 2026
- 10:00 AM: Show opens to the public (inside and outside)
- 6:30 PM: Show closes inside (LeConte Center)
- 8:00 PM: Upper parking lot party and light show
- 10:00 PM: Light show and parking lot party ends

- 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM: Inside LeConte Center – trucks and vendor move-out
- 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM: Trucks move out from the upper parking lot
