Pam Tillis will be performing at Country Tonite Theatre as part of their Celebrity Concert Series.

Pam Tillis, daughter of country legend Mel Tillis, carved her own path in music through talent, persistence, and a distinctive voice. After early experiments in pop and a few career detours, she found her true home in country music with the release of Put Yourself In My Place. The album produced two number one hits, two top-five singles, and quickly went gold, launching a string of successful releases including Homeward Looking Angel, Sweethearts Dance, and Greatest Hits.

During this peak, Tillis earned six number ones including Shake the Sugar Tree, Mi Vida Loca, When You Walk In The Room, In Between Dances, Don't Tell Me What To Do, and Maybe It Was Memphis. She landed over a dozen more singles in the top ten and top twenty.

Beyond the charts, Pam's early years were filled with music—from school band and church to singing jingles for Coke and Coors. She also wrote songs recorded by artists like Chaka Khan, Juice Newton, Conway Twitty, and Highway 101, who charted with Someone Else's Trouble Now.

Tillis has won multiple CMA, ACM, and Grammy awards and is a proud member of the Grand Ole Opry. Grammy nominations for Maybe It Was Memphis, Mi Vida Loca, and All The Good Ones Are Gone further cemented her place among country music's elite.

Her independent spirit led to acclaimed later albums like It's All Relative, a tribute to her father, and releases through her label Stellar Cat Records, including Rhinestoned, Recollection, and Just In Time For Christmas. In 2012, she joined Lorrie Morgan for Dos Divas as the duo Grits and Glamour.

Whether on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry or a quiet Nashville café, Pam Tillis continues to sing songs that speak from the soul.
