Step aboard the Bourbon Train: Spirits on the Rail for a unique dining experience departing from the Bryson City Depot in Bryson City. During the ride, guests will enjoy three bourbon-based cocktails paired with a chef-prepared four-course meal while taking in the scenic mountain views of Western North Carolina along the railroad route.

The menu includes a custom charcuterie starter, a sweet orange scallop salad, your choice of braised beef short rib or a grilled portobello and eggplant entrée served with garlic mashed potatoes and spicy corn muffins, followed by peach bread pudding with house-made bourbon glaze for dessert. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available upon request.

Guests should plan to arrive at least one hour before departure at the Bryson City Depot located at 45 Mitchell Street.
