Cabins USA is a top-notch cabin rental company in the Smoky Mountains. Offering more than 300 cabins, in some of the best locations that Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg offer, your family will not leave without saying, “There’s no place like a cabin in the Smokies.” A special thank you to Chris Lacey, executive assistant at Cabins USA, for answering the following questions about Cabins USA.
About Cabins USA
Cabins USA first opened its doors in 2004 as a small cabin rental company with the simple plan to offer luxury cabins, at an affordable price, while maintaining the highest standard of customer service in the Smokies. Spurred by our success Cabins USA opened a second reservation office in Gatlinburg in 2006 and expanded to over 300 cabins between the two locations. Cabins USA has grown to become an industry leader in the Great Smoky Mountains.
Cabins USA offers unparalleled value in an industry where value is hard to find. Because of our size and experience we are able to give lodging customers the most for their money without having to compromise on amenities they would miss out on with other lodging providers. Our customer service is second-to-none, and we keep longer business hours to enable our customers the ability to check in late without the worry of time constraints.
High Standards For Your Stay
We are typically praised most for the cleanliness of our cabins. The backbone of our operation isn’t fixing customer issues, its maintaining and inspecting our cabins and fixing any issues before our customers even open the door. We also get complements for our user-friendly website; our booking engine offers our guests the ability to book a cabin seamlessly without any complicated steps or forms.
Cabins In Nature
Every visitor to the Smokies wants to see a bear. On any given day we get several reports and pictures of encounters with black bears. It has become one of the highlights of our guest’s stay and could even be included on a dozen of the cabins as an amenity. We love our black bears and instruct our guests, in their check in packet, what to expect from a black bear encounter, and what to do in the event they do encounter one.
