Established in 2019, Tennessee Cider Co. is Gatlinburg’s original cider house and a featured stop on the Gatlinburg Wine Trail. Located at its standalone storefront on 611 Parkway, the Gatlinburg location offers dozens of classic and creative ciders, from fruity favorites like blackberry and pineapple to unique pours like coffee, caramel apple, and cider donut. Tennessee Cider Co. is open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

How the Gatlinburg Wine Trail Works
Smokin’ Banjo
Located at 631 Parkway, Smokin’ Banjo Wine Company is known as the “rebel of the rollin’ hills” and is a lively stop along the Gatlinburg Wine Trail. The Gatlinburg location serves playful, fine-tuned wines like passionfruit, pluckin’ peach, dreamsicle, and cotton candy, along with easy-sipping hard ciders such as Banjo Blues, Granny Smith, and Sweet Heat. Stop in daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Tennessee Homemade Wines
Gatlinburg’s No. 1 winery, Tennessee Homemade Wines is located at 643 Parkway and open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Since 2014, the brand has welcomed visitors with Southern hospitality and a lineup of sweet, approachable wines like chardonnay, mountain berry, and old apple, plus a rotating experimental series featuring creative flavors such as peanut butter and jelly, pumpkin pie, and mountain s’mores.
Old Mountain Wine Company
Gatlinburg’s only sit-and-sip winery, Old Mountain Wine Company offers a laid-back way to enjoy wines, ciders, and meads inspired by the Smokies. Guests can relax on the year-round outdoor patio with favorites like honey basil cider or red muscadine wine, often alongside live music or a casual game of cornhole. Located at 1133 Parkway near the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains, Old Mountain Wine Company is open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Tanger Outlets
Located inside the Tanger Outlets of Sevierville, Tennessee Cider Co. and Tennessee Homemade Wines share a joint storefront where visitors can sample more than 40 locally made wines and hard ciders. In addition to tastings, the Sevierville location offers refreshing slushies for warm days and mulling spices when the weather turns cool. This location is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
