Each of our tours are written and designed by an expert local guide. Some tours have you enjoying a nice hike at a pleasurable pace to see, hear, and smell the mountains. October begins the fall tour season followed closely by the winter tours. We will see the end of our summer tours and the start our famous and very popular Trees of Many Colors and Ghost Tour with Haunted House combo. These seasonal offerings showcase the best parts of fall in the Smoky Mountains.
Fall Colors In The Smokies
Our Trees of Many Colors tour will take guests on a 5-hour journey to see areas unknown to most tourists to enjoy the peace and quiet of the wilderness without the crowds. Your guide will talk about the trees, the animals, and life in the Smokies during the harvest season. As summer ends and fall begins life slows down and the residents prepare for the winter ahead.Book Tour

See the fantastic lights of Winterfest on a guided holiday themed tour through the best spots in the Smokies. Sit back and relax while your local tour guide tells you all about the Appalachian Christmas traditions found in the area, like hanging sweetgum and sycamore balls in the Christmas tree, or roasting chestnuts over and open fire.Book Tour
New Tours For 2018
Roaring Fork History Tour
This tour will feature the area of Roaring Fork. We will visit all the structures in the area including the Noah "Bud" Ogle cabin, Jim Bales place, Ephraim and Minerva Bales cabin, and the Reagan house. We will discuss these families in detail and tour each of the homes. We will also discuss the many water features in the Roaring Fork area such as Rainbow Falls, Grotto Falls, and the place of a thousand drips. We will spend about 4 hours on this tour and we suggest folks bring a snack. We will provide water for all guests.
Shine & Dine
This tour is a combo between a lunch and a moonshine tour. We will have lunch in Wears valley at Elvira's Cafe and then we will visit a local Moonshine distillery for a behind the scenes look at the full moonshine making process from grain to bottle. This is an in depth look that isn't offered to the general public. We will also visit a few other alcohol tasting spots as we tour around Pigeon Forge to get info on the various attractions and sights. This tour is expected to last 3-4 hours.
Scootin' Around Town
This tour is designed for family fun. We will be touring Pigeon Forge aboard our state of the art, top of the line adult scooters by Segway. These fully electric scooters are capable of speeds over 15 mph and a range of over 18 miles. We will be visiting areas such as The Island, the greenway, and The Old Mill district. Guests will be guided from area to area by the local guide and then be given 30 minutes of freedom to explore the areas on their personal scooters. This tour is amazing fun and great for families with children 10+. This tour is expected to last 2.5 hours.
