Pigeon Forge is a bright and energetic zone nestled at the base of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. TopJump Extreme Adventure Course TopJump is getting Sevier County's best extreme adventure course in 2018. More details coming soon! The Lodge At Five Oaks The NEW Lodge at Five Oaks has just opened across from Tanger Outlet Center, and boasts rustic farmhouse decor, relics that date back generations, and original artwork. This land was once used solely for growing crops and Tennessee Walking Horses, and we tell the story of farm life, family love, and hard work throughout the lodge. Crave Golf Club A new indoor/outdoor Golf Club in Pigeon Forge opening in Summer 2017. A real life candy land offering a unique mini golf experience for all guests, including a course that takes you all the way up to the roof, a milkshake bar, and of course a candy store. The Mountain Mile The Mountain Mile & Tower Shops is an unprecedented development project which will completely reshape the retail, restaurant, lodging, and attraction scene of Pigeon Forge and the region. With over 1 mile of road frontage and 174+ acres in total, this will be a project of national significance. Anakeesta Guests will embark from the Parkway to enjoy a scenic 12 minute Chondola ride to the summit of Anakeesta Mountain. Choose either a quad chairlift or an enclosed gondola cabin and soar above Gatlinburg to 70 acres of adventure, rides, shopping and unique dining experiences! Riverwalk Greenway Extension Phase III of the Pigeon Forge Riverwalk Greenway trail project is well underway with an expected completion date of March 28, 2018. Phase III will extend from The Island in Pigeon Forge to the Pigeon Forge Community Center. The trail originates from Patriot Park and currently ends at the Island. Phase III is being funded via a TDOT grant and will be a great addition to the existing trail! Margaritaville Resort The laidback, welcoming atmosphere of Margaritaville is coming to the Gatlinburg parkway. “Inspired by the lyrics and lifestyle of singer/songwriter Jimmy Buffett, Margaritaville Resort in the Smokies will be the perfect setting to escape the everyday and ‘just chill’ in the picturesque mountains of East Tennessee,” says developer Bob McManus. Gatlinburg Brewing Company The brand new Gatlinburg Brewing Company is a locally owned brewery, in the heart of Gatlinburg, located inside Bub's Burger Barn on Hwy 321. Specializing in craft beer, brewed right on site. Landshark Bar & Grill Landshark Bar and Grill in Gatlinburg is a family friendly restaurant serving great food and fun. River Walk Crossing The newest shopping center in Pigeon Forge will occupy 14 acres between Teaster Lane and the Little Pigeon River, across Jake Thomas Boulevard from the LeConte Event Center. It will include a Food City as well as another large retail tenant. Tru by Hilton TRU Pigeon Forge is currently under construction and estimated to be complete by May 2018. Hilton's newest brand will be located at 2815 Teaster Lane (adjacent to the Home2 Suites) in Pigeon Forge. Mountain Monster KNOX NEWS: The former Belz Mall in Pigeon Forge may soon be home to a 200-foot monster. A first-of-its-kind thrill ride is planned for the vacant mall at 2655 Teaster Lane, centerpiece of a retail and entertainment complex. And the renovated mall itself is the first phase of a major development, covering 169 acres, dubbed the Mountain Mile. Margaritaville Island Inn The Margaritaville Island Inn's contemporary coastal hotel rooms, two pools and indoor gathering space invite you to kick off your hiking boots and unwind after an fun filled day in the Smokies. Pigeon Forge Snow The first indoor snow tubing facility in North America. Pigeon Forge Snow will be a fully indoor snow tubing and snow play experience that is open all year on Teaster Lane in Pigeon Forge. Come enjoy snowball fights, snow men, snow cones, and most importantly 15 lanes of snow tubing. Mt. Ton Of Fun The Mt. Ton of Fun Inclusive Playground has something for everyone! National Enquirer Attraction Among the plans for the attraction is an interactive exhibit that will allow visitors to create their own Enquirer-style headlines and share them on social media.
