The longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America opened in May of 2019 in Gatlinburg. It spans 680 feet, at a height of 140 feet. At the center, visitors will find a portion of the bridge that has a glass floor, so you can look directly down to the tree tops below. the Gatlinburg SkyBridge offers breathtaking views of the mountains and an adventure you haven't seen in the Smokies.
Buttonwillow Civil War Theater
Buttonwillow Civil War Theater has drawn crowds to it's show after opening in Pigeon Forge in 2019. Visitors go back in time to 1864 and witness a fued between two siblings, one Confederate and one Unionist. You will watch as they struggle to understand each others viewpoints, and witness a feud based on actual events. The show is educational and entertaining, bringing the history of the Civil War to light in Pigeon Forge.
