Step back in time and experience hands on demonstrations, practice pioneer survival skills and get a sense of the resilience and ingenuity of Appalachian families.

Learn a traditional craft from a living historian. See historic artifacts and learn about the weapons the pioneers used to survive in Southern Appalachia in bygone days. Take in the history of Mountain culture by sampling–and even participating in–daily tasks of the intrepid European settlers.
