If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Family Stay At Cherokee Charm

We are a family of 6 and had a great time staying at Cherokee Charm. We didn’t use the sauna or the hot tub but the pool table and theater room were a nice plus. The kids loved watching movies and I watched a couple hockey games. We had plenty of room. The only negative was the shower on the lower level was rather small and the curtain was broke so it was somewhat unusable. Other than that, it was a great stay. We even saw a mama bear with her 2 cubs behind the cabin on the morning we left.

During our stay we went to Cades Cove, Dollywood, Kuwohi, Gatlinburg, Old Mill area and various hiking trails and shopping experiences. We loved the art & crafts area on Glades Road. We had some great meals at Pancake Pantry, Old Mill, Pottery House, Fat Bear, Blue Moose and Applewood Farmhouse.

Cherokee Charm Cabin

Second booking with Elk Springs Resort. They run a 5 star operation. Cabin was exactly as it was presented. The company staff is the best. Only rental agency we use for our trips the that area.

Great Stay

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Cabin was ready before check in time. It was spotless. We had an issue with a blown bulb on the patio with the hot tub. I called to report and someone came out within the hour to fix the issue. Check out was a breeze. Customer service is top notch.

Amazing

We’ve been here 3 times and always boom through elksprings resorts! They never disappoint! The places are always in great condition! They staff is always helpful with anything and are great at getting things done in a timely manner. This is the only place I’ve been where they allow you to check in as soon as your cabin is ready.
