Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

This cabin did NOT disappoint!!! Perfect for 2 couples! Equal amenities for each. Amazing views! They thought of everything! We will definitely stay at this cabin in the future.
Beautiful Cabin And Stunning Views!
The home was wonderful! Our visit to Gatlinburg consisted of hiking nearby trails in the Smoky Mountain National Park every morning and relaxing at the cabin in the afternoon and evenings. The hot tub, games and movie room options were the perfect way to unwind every day. We absolutely loved our stay and the views were amazing! The property was clean and ready on time for check-in and the management company responded timely to all of our inquiries. We wondered if the pictures online were too good to be true but I'm happy to say that the in person experience was even better than the pictures! Highly recommend Forever Young!
Amazing Cabin
Forever young is an amazing cabin with an amazing view. We even had a daily bear come visit us. The theater room was great for the rainy afternoons we experienced. We loved having the pool table outside you so you could play and enjoy the view! The cabin was spotless, and Elk Spring is very responsive if you need anything!!

My family and I stayed in the Forever Young Cabin for Thanksgiving! Every thing from start to beginning was absolutely phenomenal! The staff was top tier! Customer Service was 10 out of 10! Elk sent updates by text every step of the way! They sent accurate directions, check-in was smooth and easy! Elk’s staff was always available to assist! The cabin was immaculate! Simply breathtaking! I am officially a lifelong member of the Elk family and plan on staying every year from now on! Thank you Elk family you really exceeded my expectations! Simply the BEST!
