Curtains in the master bedroom (upstairs) were full of bugs - bed was right below! The cinema movie card was not on the table - when I called the Eden Crest representative he said the people who had rented prior had turned it in. He mentioned I would need to come by the office to pick one up. I found this to be inconvenient versus someone from the office to drop this off as a measure of 'customer service'. We had not intended to leave the property. We have enjoyed properties at Bear Creek Crossing in the past and have rented several times. Not sure I would rent this specific property again.

It is the 3rd time we stayed at this location, but it wasn't our best. the cabin was beautiful and big but the maintance wasn't good. the place wasn't as clean as we expected or had it before in the past years we rented. and it was full of stinks bugs and lady bugs wich lady bugs are cute but stink bugs were too many. we made a phone call but they said it was normal.... as I said it was our time staying at this property but different cabins and this was not very clean. the windows had not screens so we couldn't even open windows because more bugs will come in.

Large beautiful cabin with less than impressive views and terrible Internet. The best thing about the cabin is the kids cabin within the cabin. Other than that, it was a bit disappointing. The Internet was 0.5 MB down and up most of the time we were here which is too slow to stream any movies. Additionally, the cabin has DirectTV and the boxes are not Internet connected so we could not stream anything there either. As a result, I am not sure why it is called Playhouse Cinema... You might be better off bringing some DVDs if you want a movie night. The pool table and multicade are fun, but the pool table is a bit obstructed by the room dividing bar. We contacted Eden Crest and let them know about some cleaning issues and broken items. Eden Crest's phone line was always busy, but they seem quite responsive via text message which is nice. They were able to fix some of the issues, but not all of them. For the price you pay -- especially during peak season, we expected a bit more. The indoor and outdoor pools are nice features and the mini-golf is great for the family.

imagine our surprise when we brought our steaks out to the grill only to find out there was no propane in the tank. There were actually two tanks that were both empty. Thinking that all we would need do is call the office to have one brought by, we did so. We were told by the lady in the office that no one was going to bring a propane tank over today. too bad. but her solution was for m=us to go into town and find a place that sold propane and buy a tank and the cost would be refunded to us. Pretty sure that's not my job. So aside from ruining our first night's dinner it was fine, as long as you don't mind the sounds of construction early in the morning.

The kitchen was lacking in baking dishes skillets silverware and etc. We had a lot of issues with the TV. The wy fi and internet didn't work much of the time. The frig had a leak. It froze a lot of our food that was in the frig not the freezer!! And the ice cream in the freezer was soft. You figure that out!

Could've been better but the cabin was half cleaned.we had to do more cleaning for it to be comfortable.covers on bed did not look clean had to buy other cover to lay on.food was found under couches from previous guest.pillows on bed and sofa are really disgusting.
