We had a great time. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. They were in it numerous times a day. The heart shaped tub upstairs was a big hit with my wife. Only draw back was roads to get there

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Mountain Splash Cabin
It was nice however, there were a family of squirrels in the ceiling that were very noisy at late hours and early in morning. The location of the cabin was very close to a personal residence that was not very up kept which made it a little uncomfortable with the surrounding residence.
Private Paradise
Cabin was amazing! Three water features to choose from, plus a regular (though narrow) tub/shower. Lovely views, gloriously quiet, and close to the Artists' Village. A few quibbles could use attention, but nothing vacation-ruining. Plan to use Elk Springs again!
Cabin Stay
Good experience overall. Locked out of cabin at first. Door was not programmed for the code that was given. Rode was not paved well to cabin and not within walking distance to downtown but overall nice place to stay. Fairly peaceful, clean, and private.
Good times in the mountains.
We picked this cabin because of the indoor pool. My daughters face was priceless when she saw it. Great location near Gattlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will be back in the future.
Mountain Splash Was a Blast
The cabin was available early which was nice, it was clean and everything worked properly. The Elks Spring email and text processes work perfectly and they have a high level of customer service which is refreshing. The cabin was as expected. The views were a bit lack luster, but the indoor pool certainly made that less of an issue. This cabin was ideal for our use, being only two of us. Any more and I feel it may be a bit cramped. Access to Gatlinburg is ten minutes yet feels very secluded and private.
