Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Peaceful Dtay
This vacation rental is very nice. It was within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and also very close to a grocery store (within a couple miles) for those who will be cooking in the condo. The outside deck just steps from a beautiful river was so peaceful. Enjoyed hiking in nearby trails and the neighborhood is very nice.
Wonderful Time
We had a wonderful time. The hiking and waterfalls were fantastic. Elk Springs are wonderful to work with. The building, unit and locations is what brings us back. The unit could use some TLC. New mattresses, fix the screen on the patio door and a new master bath sink faucet (drips a lot). Will definitely be back.

Great experience. Condo was clean. Great location. Pull out bed was broken.Resort sent technician immediately. Very responsive.

Loved the rental. It was very nice. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the creek. Wonderful stat.
Good Deal For Your Money
Unit is a ground level condo in a nice centrally located HOA. Loved the layout it gave the units living area a nice open feel. It is obviously dated, but who goes to Gatlinburg to stay inside. The kitchen has everything you need (who wants to cook while on vacation ?) If you’re looking for a place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and adult beverages at night this is the perfect place for you. It was for us!!
