If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Cabin.
We had a great stay in Natural Attractions. Very nice cabin. The cabin was nicely decorated and comfortable. We celebrated our granddaughter’s birthday and enjoyed a visit to Dollywood. The cabin was well stocked, the only exception was no extra trash bags or toilet paper. We loved the game room and the theatre room. Texts with Elk Springs kept us informed. This was our 2nd rental from Elk Springs. We had snow and stayed very comfortable in the cabin.

We had a wonderful week at the cabin. Close to all the attractions. Great space to relax.
Family Fun
We enjoyed our family vacation. The cabin had the best layout we have had since we started staying at Elk Springs. A great location to all of our activities and easy roads to get to the cabin. We look forward to our next year's getaway.

Great cabin, had everything we needed. Clean, great theater room, lots of dishes. Saw two bears, 2 different days!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only recommendations I would make for this cabin would be in the theater room downstairs. It would be nice if the theater system was hooked up to the cable tv. In the downstairs bedroom, a tv needs to be added so that you can watch tv in the bedroom.
