If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Breathtaking View
The pictures does not do this justice. We have stayed with Elk spring 5 times and always have a great experience. I was amazed at how private the cabin was. I love how easy it is to check in and out
Perfect Spring Break Getaway
My husband and I wanted a few day getaway, and this was our first time going to Gatlinburg without a big group of friends or family. Our stay was perfect! The cabin had gorgeous views. It was only 20-25 minutes from everything we wanted to do, which allowed us the best of both worlds. We ended up spending more time at the cabin than expected because of how perfect the porch was for relaxing and enjoying nature.
Amazing Get Away
It's hard to put into words the peace, joy and excellent experience at Take My Breath Away cabin with Elk Springs Resort. I am "old-school" where I only know to check in in person at an office, I was nervous about not meeting someone face to face and having to have a code to get in. Elk Spring staff was in regular contact via text and emails. Almost answering my questions before I asked them. Very pleasant and easy to work with. The cabin itself was truly breath taking. Very clean and better than I could have asked for. Everything worked! It was comfortable and very relaxing.

Beautifully decorated, cozy cabin with an amazing view. Gorgeous big bathrooms with luxurious showers. Everything you need , they have it in this cabin.
A Slice Of Heaven
This is the 5th year we've rented from Elk Springs and our 3rd time staying in this cabin. It's absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. This has become my husband's birthday getaway spot. It's secluded, quite, and relaxing. There is so much to do in town as well. We love staying here.
