Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Weekend Get A Way
Very friendly staff. Can’t say enough about how clean the house was upon arrival, we didn’t have to do a thing but unload our personal items and have fun! Very private even though there were homes around us you couldn’t see or hear any or the other houses around us. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals! Very convenient location to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. We were only 15 minutes from downtown pigeon Forge and only 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and the best thing there was no traffic to either location. Another good perk is we were only minutes away from a major grocery store with no traffic! Again, can’t say enough about how clean the house was and how great the location is! Highly recommended
Cozy Weekend Family Getaway
Everything about the property was as described it very clean and cozy. It was the perfect get away we wanted to stay an extra day but had a meeting. yuck lol The staff was very professional and courteous. I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer & Leanne they were awesome. Can’t wait to book again thank you very much.

I saw a few sub-par reviews, but this place exceeded all expectations. Only small critique is grill could use a cleaning, but that was outweighed by how great the cabin was. Clean, cozy, well decorated. We will be back,
Wonderful Cabin
My family enjoyed our stay. It was a really nice cabin with space for all of us and nice movie room. Elk Springs Resort have some of the best cabins in the area.
