Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Second Honeymoon
We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well equipped. One thing I would have changed on the design of the house is there isn’t a bathroom on the main floor. There’s one in the bedroom and on on the bottom with the pool. So if you’re in the kitchen or living room you will have to go upstairs or downstairs to use the restroom.

Relaxing Stay
The room is as pictured. I have no complaints except for the need to have some areas dusted. Also a deep cleaning around the pool area. Rocks from the pool wall come into the water. Despite these two things, my stay was great and great customer service.
Always Memorable!
We have stayed at the cabin 6 times in the last 8 years. I’m please to report that once again our stay was perfect. The cabin was clean as always. Some of the furniture had been replace which reflected the owners wish to keep this a top notch property. We love this place and will continue to make it an annual stay. There is everything you need so we didn’t leave for entertainment. The only problem was the refrigerator was not cooling as well as it was in the past but it wasn’t bad enough for us to call maintenance. I’m confident that it will be fixed by our next stay.

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice. Very clean. We only had one complaint, at night with all the cabin lights on you can see in to the neighboring cabins window from the bed. So I would just assume they can see us also. I just suggest a curtain or shade. But otherwise happy with our stay.
Exceptional Stay
I first would like to say how magnificent from the start my stay was and that started with the customer service and assistance given reserving the Urban Cowboy Cabin.
This cabin was not only a beauty nestled in the mountains but it rendered so much inside. From the cleanliness to the upscale yet cabin feel it gave!
The rooms were all so amazingly comfortable. The showers and distinct jetted tub with inside lights was definitely a treat!!! I absolutely love this cabin and will definitely be returning!!!
