Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Best Cabin Ever Rented
Property was very big and more than enough for our group of 7 adults and a kid. Very neat and spacious. Had all the needed amenities. Awesome game room and home theater.Had a great time and would love to rent this property again.
Ski Trip
We really enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was nice and cozy . I loved the gas fire place , we didn’t have to go through the trouble of finding wood. The hot tub was amazing after a few falls on the ski slopes . Ha!! I will say you should bring your own DVDs for the theater room (which has great surround sound ) felt like we were at an actual movie theater. Overall I get it a 10 .
More Than Amazing
The stay was more than we expected. There were seven adults and a two year old. This was the first time for a few of us going to the mountains as well as staying in a cabin. Everything was as pictured. We were able to get some great family photos inside the lodge. It was easy to get in and out of the property. And the area is quiet but you can hear distant voices/noises from nearby. We cooked in the kitchen the first night, breakfast the next morning and then dinner on the grill the last night. The utensils and dishes provided were good also but we wished we brought more. It was very relaxing and we definitely didn't want the trip to end. I am hoping that we will be returning soon for a longer stay!

3rd time at this cabin and a great cabin it is! College kids had been there before us and left it in a mess. We had a late check in but everything was clean and neat. We were given a rebate for the inconvenience. The staff is excellent and we will be back.

Pots and pans, silverware and other utensils purchased at Dollar Store. This is the third cabin we have rented in the Gatlinburg for the holidays. We were expecting more and better quality utensils.
We survived by going to the Dollar Store to purchase what we needed.
THAT ALL BEING SAID - LAZY DAZE is the BEST of the THREE - We had a BLAST!
