Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Clean, cozy and relaxing.
Quiet and charming little cabin secluded in the smokies with an awesome view of the mountains. Clean and cozy with a downstairs game room. We had a great time!
Answered Prayers
Going on vacation has never been easy for my wife and I due to varying circumstances albeit; car breaking down, hotels not being accomadating, etc. This was hands down the best experience my wife and i could have asked for. The cabin rental was easy to find, secluded, fully stocked cooking utensils, and the cleanliness. I wish it had a 6 star rating. I dont want to leave.
The Huffman's stay at Rustic Charm
This was a beautiful little cabin that had a lot of character. The view was amazing, and the amenities were great! It was a nice cozy cabin that we will always remember. I especially liked finding the little guest book where previous visitors shared their experiences. It was a nice touch. I enjoyed reading them, and adding in our own experience as well for others to get to read and enjoy.

The cabin was great. Wonderful location and neighborhood. The mattress could use an upgrade as could the hot tub. Nice furniture and accessories. We would have preferred the lower level to be accessible from inside, so we didn't access it much but it was a beautiful room. The kitchen had all of the necessary items for us to cook our meals over our eight evening stay. We loved the gas fireplace and used it often. Thank you for our wonderful honeymoon experience.

If you are looking for quiet and cozy place, this is Rustic Charm is the perfect cabin. There's everything you need, so as long as you bring food, you can enjoy being in the woods and not have to see anyone.
