This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms. There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Very good and relaxing
Great proximity
We enjoyed the close proximity to everything. The condo was clean but the trouble came when we tried to get towels. The number I had connected me to a person in Florida. She connected me to someone in Tennessee who somehow got disconnected. The next day I called back to Florida and she got me switched me to Tennessee where the woman said it would be a while but she would bring them later. I said ok. In the meanwhile we washed a load of towels ( 5 max) for 5 people. The next day I called again and got a person who left some towels outside our door. It was very nice to have clean towels! With all the condos around we would probably not use this one again mainly for the trouble getting through to anyone if you need anything.
Very Convenient to the Parkway
The condo was very nice. However working for a corporate housing company and knowing how much our clients pay for their stay, I was a little disappointed in the housewares. All bedding and linens need to be updated . The master comforter looked old with stains, some of the kitchen items were dirty and needed to be updated. There were several light bulbs that were out. Oh and it wouldn\'t be to much to add a full size ironing board. Other then these few items our stay was great and the condo was awesome.
Good location
Goodstay, love the parking patio chairs need to be up dated I would update the bedding and towels too ,plus close to Dollywood loved that. Price was just right.

Nice condo, quiet, private, & clean. Great location away from the strip.
