The property was ok. It needs some updates. The customer service was courteous and polite.

We enjoyed the cabin. There were just a couple of inconveniences: could not play air hockey & fusball without purchasing game parts, bathroom counter was split which could be dangerous, and could not use hot tub because lights did not work in tub. However, we did not inform mgmt of items since we were there for short period during a busy weekend.

Two of the six movie room chairs were broken. The jacuzzi would not heat above 85 degrees. The pool table was old and had some spots that were broken. Air hockey game very old did not work properly. Most other things in the cabin were OK.

This was a nightmare of a vacation. The customer service was great and the location was wonderful, however that is the only reason the stars are so high and the only thing I can say anything good about the stay. My family has been going at least once a year for the past 7 years and I can say this was the most unfit cabin I have stayed in. My son is a special needs child with CP and the only thing he wanted to do was watch a couple movies so I rented this cabin because of the theater downstairs. However, I called Sunday to report it not working my husband called again Wednesday again Thursday and was told they would come Friday which they again did not, called again and was told first thing Saturday which turned into after 11:00 am. Finally after being there since Sunday he get to watch a movie, which I had rented since Monday. I should have just bought it. The porches was unkept spider webs everywhere unswept just dirty, and there was only one straight back chair on the front porch. The inside was better but not great there was bug traps in a lot of corners which made my uneasy because I have 2 children that love to play in the floor. The steps going upstairs were loud, even when my 9 year old daughter got on them. Not at all satisfied with the cabin and will NOT stay there again. However, just because of the wonderful and understanding woman I spook to Sunday morning and her willingness to help us and giving us a late checkout without charging us and being so sweet, we will try Aunt Bug's again, only because of her I think her name was Jenny or Gina. You could stay with Aunt Bug's but don't stay at #302 unless u like webs and traps everywhere, just please don't allow your children or pets stay there, I feel as a parent with 2 special needs children that until the cabin is fixed is dangerous for them. Iy was ok. The toilet on the main floor was very loose & needs to be anchored down better. The 7' movie screen projector only worked about half of the time..

this is a very nice cabin but looked like it needed a thorough cleaning in several areas. Directions on how to get the tv's to work would have been helpful.
