Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Boulder Bear #355 review

My parents, brother, sister in law, husband, and 5 month old son decided to spend the weekend in a Pigeon Forge cabin as our big Christmas gift to each other. We are so glad we chose this cabin. It was perfect for 3 small families and was ideal for our 5 month old son. The only bad thing about this weekend was leaving on Sunday morning!!!!! I would recommend this cabin to anyone!!!! Thanks for such a memorable weekend!!!

Last Minute Plans in Mountains.

We loved the large kitchen that was well equipped. The size of the property was large enough to accommodate more than our party of six. We especially enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The home was clean and had great furnishings. We hope to come back in the summer and will book this same home.

Boulder Bear #355

We left our review inside the house. We were very satisfied with the house, however, we seemed to have multiple issues with the company that was managing. 1st of all, our check in date was a Thursday. We were forced to start our travels on Wednesday & thought we would be in town that night, so out of curiosity we called to see if we could possibly check in Wednesday night, we were told "Yes, we would just have to pay for the 1 night." We ended up not being able to make it into town that night, Thursday we made it into town abut 12:45pm, we came to check in, and we were unable to check in, that we could only get the key at 3pm, when in fact the house was ready the night before. We were told they wanted to wait to give us the key at 3 so they can have everything cleared of for us bc of the snow, we got to the house and there wasn't even a footprint in the snow, neither a tire track. We had to clear it off. We went to take showers that night and had absolutely no hot water, we called the next morning (after seeing if there was any hot water) someone came out, and we asked where the hot water heater is, his response "I don't know". then he left. That night 1 person went to take a shower after the house had been vacant all day, cold showers once again. We called, and we were told "there is nothing we can do" then after I proceeded to stretch the issue, I was told someone would be at the house between 9-9:30 in the morning and I would receive a call, I never received a call and no one ever came by and we were at the house till noon that morning. We were treated very poorly and disrespectfully. I am personally in the property management business and if the owners of the property knew how we were treated I know they would be embarrassed that they are paying a management company to not take care of their vacation renters.
