This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Apple Bear View
Property wasn't in the greatest location and was a bit hard to find even using navagation, but customer service was very helpful , other than that was a very nice , clean cabin and wasnt far from anything,( pigeon forge, dollywood, the island) , we really enjoyed our stay.. will definitely do it again and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to just get away for a couple days

Excellent view
cabin was clean. We loved the porch swing that has a great view of the mountains. The outside Jacuzzi was awesome. Close by to the downtown area.
Wedding and Honeymoon!
It was fabulous! We loved our cabin it was very quiet and private! The hot tub and swing on the back porch was awesome! We watched fireworks every night from them!! It was a perfect honeymoon place!! When we come back down we’ll be staying here again!��
