If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Mini Family Getaway/Fav Cabin

Very clean cabin but was very cold at night,couldn't turn the temp. Up due to it being a lock on the thermostat. This was my second time staying in this cabin. This time we took the kids to enjoy the pool. My fiance and I was not able to use the pool the 1st time due to it needing a deep cleaning and they have seem to do just that,the pool was much cleaner and clear water and the kids had so much fun. Best to come early in the day it can be hard to find at night.

Great Cabin!

We were not disappointed in Poolin Around. We loved it and so did our kids. Two requests: stools in bathrooms for kids, the sinks are very tall. My normally independent kids needed help. And a lighter for the fire pit.

Perfect Cabin For Single Family

This was such a cute cabin. It's perfect for a single family but I don't recommend it for more than one. We had another family come with us and there wasn't any privacy because the master suite upstairs is a wide open loft that is above the kitchen/living room. I didn't realize it was open like that when I booked. Overall we love Elk's Springs and all the cabins we've stayed at with them have been great. We will definitely book again!

Great Getaway!

A wonderful cabin in pristine condition! Beautiful decor and furnishings. Loved the indoor swim spa, mini putt and games and hot tub. Easy location to pigeon forge and great neighborhood. Could use a closet in downstairs bedroom or some hooks for hanging clothes.

Great Smokey Mountains Vacation

Perfect location, very modern and clean with the exception of the pool, the water in the pool was cloudy and looked like it needed to be cleaned. Otherwise was wonderful for our family! We would stay here again.

Best Vacation Stay Ever!

Two families of 4 stayed at Poolin Around for 6 nights and what a wonderful stay we had! The cabin still seems brand new and was super clean and tidy. We enjoyed the space, particularly the kids having the downstairs to themselves. We loved the fire pit and evenings on the mini-golf course! The indoor pool and projector screen kept kids occupied. The cabin was perfectly located close to PIGEON Forge parkway, and only 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. We never made it to explore the Cedar Falls subdivision amenities because we were so busy, bit next time we will try to make it to tue community pool! We really felt like we were at home and truly enjoyed our stay! The property management and owners were available to us as we needed - wonderful communication.
