The house was very nice with a nice hot tub on the deck overlooking the Smoky Mountains. Just beautiful. The only downfall, which is not advertised or known before the visit is the driveway. It is all uphill of course, however, you have to take a sharp left to get up the driveway which is impossible and our car went into a big divot instead. We need up having to pull up into another driveway to the right and backing all the way up the steep driveway and having to back down it in order to maneuver the turn and not ruin our car. Needs to be a better solution or at least let renters know ahead of time what they need to do in order to get to the house.

The property was clean and what we expected. However our minivan could barely get up the drive. You might do best with a 4WD.

Driveway is a monster. Wifi and Tv quit working midway through week. Go to back door to get in, keypad on front door is not the one you need. Mornings during week outside are noisy with construction. Bit of a walk to pool access.

Driveway is impossibly steep with no turn around access, 4x4 definitely needed to get up. Upper bedrooms are way smaller than they appear in photos, with twin beds having barely a foot between beds. Only the king bed was comfortable, the others were very hard mattresses. Upstairs bathroom & shower was tiny. I bumped the faucet with my arms accidentally while shampooing my hair....I'm 5'1". There were 5 full sized towels for 6 guests, so my daughter & I had to share. No extra towels for hot tub. Place was clean but owners should really spend a few extra dollars for additional towels and toilet paper that isn't 1 ply.

We had a really horrible experience about this Kickback Cabin property. I had to remind them about the property leasing agreement, instructions to arrive and access the property. The codes given in arrival instructions were not working. After arriving had to spend some time in talking with customer service to get the new working access codes. We cannot access the property directly using car or minivan. The last 2 turns nearby property are kind of steep like stairs. We had to drive to another property, reverse the car there and then come back to our property. Based on experience to reach there, we were pretty sure that we will not be able to enjoy in Gatlinburg after 5 pm considering the inaccessibility of the road. The kids in the car were so scared that they wanted us to leave immediately. We decided and vacated the property in less than 15 minutes. Now we are struggling to get refund as it may take 3 weeks to a month to get refund. The worst part is we haven’t even received the confirmation that we have vacated the place and we will receive the refunds. Customer service keeps mentioning that they cannot make any decisions and keeps explaining the internal process to decide if the refunds will be provided or not.
