We had a great time at the cabin. It was such a great location, very clean and a beautiful, relaxingscenery! There wasn't any propane in the tank to grill, just had to make a phone call and someone came out the next day. The only thing I did not like was we ran out of toilet paper and had to go buy some. The website did say that we got a starter pack but when on vacation, I really don't want to have to worry about going and buying toilet paper. Other than that, the place was fantastic and we will be back again!

This was a very nice little cabin conveniently located reasonably close to multiple activities. It was easy to access and nice not to have a long drive up the thin, winding mountain roads. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. The showers were wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the game room/movie theater was a big hit with the kids (as was the hot tub). The creek was beautiful, however if you are wanting to actually go down to the creek it isn’t particularly easy to access. My only complaint is that there weren’t many towels or extra blankets available (there is a washer and dryer) and there were limited kitchen utensils and plates. Overall it was a cozy, clean cabin with a great view of the creek. Elk Springs provided excellent customer services and made sure to call and text to check in. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

The cabin is located about 15 minutes from the Gatlinburg "strip", making it very peaceful while still being convenient to all the attractions in the area. The cabin was well appointed and very comfortable. Especially loved the giant showers in each bedroom.
While we had no issues during our stay, Elk Springs was sure to let us know that they were available if we had any issues. Well worth the money!

This cabin on a creek was exactly what we were looking for when booking our trip to Gatlinburg! It did not disappoint! From the view to the cozy living room furniture to the fireplaces in each bedroom and let's not forget the hot tub, this cabin was perfect for our family of four as our home away from home. Would recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains!
