This local host has a no cancellation policy.
Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Kissing Retreat #269
Just a short trip but a good couple of days away during a time of quarantine. The cabin was clean and nicely laid out with great views as described. The Hidden Springs Resort has a beautiful neighborhood feel to it and felt very relaxing. The folks from Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals were very professional and friendly. Overall a very positive experience..

Kissing retreat review
The cabin was nice and clean. We are not likely to stay in this cabin again. The neighbors were loud very late into the night. They were using drugs on the balcony. The hot tub leaked and didn't heat properly. Would have been nice to know that the pool was not open.

Kissing retreat
Good location. We had to clean first. Dirty toilet , linens had stains, dishes in cabinet with coffee stains, strong smoking odor in one bedroom with dirty linens also in closet on roll out bed. Dead bugs and cobwebs through out cabin . Very disappointed in cleanliness of cabin especially with covid 19 . A list of above complaints left at front office .
