Not Worth The Price.
We had not received any communication in regards to check-in, so we called the office at 4PM. We were told that we should have received a text, and they would look into it. We received a text about 15 min later with a door code, but instructing us to stay out of the pool area as it was being serviced. The pool tech stopped on the way out, and told us to give the pool a couple of hours to warm up.3 hours later the pool was still 64 degrees, and absolutely disgusting. They sent a tech back out. He spent about 20 mins working on it, said it should be good, and to call them up to 10PM if there were further issues and they would come back out. We called back at 9PM as the pool was faulted and cold, and we had discovered there was no hot water in the main level shower, and the shower curtain was molded in the downstairs shower. They responded they would have to come out first thing the next morning as it was too late that night. They arrived at 1PM the next day to tell us the valve was installed backward on the main level shower, drop off a new curtain for the downstairs shower, and spend another 20 mins working on the pool to declare it unusable. The entire reason for booking this cabin was to use the pool. The name of the cabin is literally about the pool. I was never allowed to speak to anyone in management, and find the small refund they issued to be unsatisfactory under the circumstances. I would not rent this cabin, or from this agency again. As a final note; the road to this cabin is actually quite steep contrary to the description online.
