Worst Cabin Experience EVER
If i could rate this experience lower than a 1 i would. the cabin was dirty, sticky and smelled bad. the security lights didnt work when i arrived. 3 stairs leading into the cabin were loose and falling off. the stairs in the cabin leading to the second floor were slippery and caused me to slide down a couple of steps. had to catch myself on the hand rail to avoid serious harm. the "call center" had no record of my stay, when i addressed this issue and tried to cancel, i was told they do not cancel reservations. this site is a third party and charges are for handling reservations for you. the customer service for Aunt Bug was horrible, rude and all they cared about was money. The beds are old as dirt, no support or padding, felt like they had rubber sheets that crinkled all night long. bathrooms smelled liked a septic tank and toilet ran all night. location of cabin was not disclosed until after check in. what is "3 miles" from town is a 47 minute drive from their check in office on a back road that is a 30 mph road. there is nothing around. very dishonest and misleading company. highly recommend looking around a better company.
