Check-in and Check-out policy: We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access. In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded. You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival. We also offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. Guest Communication Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival.
