If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful View!
A lovely 3 nights in a very beautiful setting with spectacular views Nice big family areas with lots of seating. The hot tub was actually hot and wonderful! We enjoyed the game room playing ping pong and pool. It didn't say but there were hair dryers in bathrooms so no need to pack those. Would have liked ceramic over glass coffee mugs but minor issue.

We loved it we’ve been renting from one place for years and decided to take a leap of faith and try elk springs! We are coming back in one month!
Amazing Long Weekend
We stayed at How Sweet it Is for a long weekend. The location was perfect distance to Gatlinburg downtown. The views were AMAZING with mountain views as far as you could see! We will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was that the beds weren't the most comfortable. But otherwise, everything was in great shape.
“How Sweet It Is” Cabin
This cabin was absolutely perfect retreat for our family skiing vacation. Extremely clean, plenty of space, and the game room/outdoor seating/hot tub were all huge hits. We can’t wait to return!
How Sweet It Is
Our cabin was updated, clean and very well appointed with supplies. We were able to cook 3 days of meals with the kitchen supplies in the cabin. The view was amazing and someone checked on us the day after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. The only complaint we have is for the second year in a row renting from Elk Springs we had to wait for our cabin. We were told no earlier than 3 and on way to the cabin we got a text saying 4pm. We were more than half way to the cabin. The expectation for a check in time in a place that expensive is a prompt check in. We were given a late check out time which was very helpful.
