Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Nice Apartment With A Convenient Location.
I found the apartment to be very comfortable. However in the second bedroom there is a small window that has a shade on it that lets a lot of light in. So I suggest you should take care of that.
Gatehouse Condos
We enjoyed our stay at the Gatehouse Condo. We highly recommend this place. And hope to be back again soon. This place is very close to downtown and you can also walk to many places. Very Clean and decorated nicely.
Gatlinburg Visit
We considered getting a hotel room then saw the Gatehouse Condos on the website and decided to stay there. It was very nice having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer, dryer and nice balcony. It was a 5 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg or easy walk to catch a trolley. We were very pleased and had a lovely time. There was covered parking and a pool.

My husband and I stayed here with my niece and nephew. The condo was clean, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the view and sounds of the creek on the back balcony.
