If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Spring Break Getaway With Extended Family

My wife and I along with our two boys (11 and 6) stayed at the Treehouse Swim Cabin for four nights during spring break. We were joined by my mother- and father-in-law and two nephews (15 and 11). Very nice cabin with plenty of room in a great location in Wears Valley halfway between Townsend and Sevierville. It's also only a couple of miles from the Little Greenbrier entrance to the national park. The cabin seems fairly new with lots of nice touches. The boys loved the game room and the bunk beds.

Relax And Unwind

The cabin was very nice. The outdoor fireplace furniture is a bit uncomfortable and elderly wouldn't be able to use as it sits very low. The few problems s we had management was quick to fix or walk us through. One being low water in the swim spa and another not knowing the grill had a special switch. We did have issues with the microwave flipping a breaker 2xs while trying to cook. Beds were comfy, house is full of blankets to wrap up around the fire and relax, and we loved the electric fireplaces o both levels.

Tree House Swim Cabin!

Elk springs was the easiest rental company I’ve ever dealt with! The cabin was mostly clean (some of the dishes had food on them that I washed off), but overall was a beautiful cabin and a great time!

Great Cabin And Stay

My mom and I stayed here last week for our Mother Daughter get away. We loved this cabin and it offered us everything we needed. Having two bedrooms with bathrooms connected was so convenient for us. The spa pool/hot tub was so relaxing and roomy. We loved sitting out on the back deck and listening to nature. We had a great time here!

Annual Get Away

This is the 12th year we have been coming to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Every year we try to rent a different cabin through Elk Springs Resort. This cabin was very nice but had some minor furniture issues. Also added accessories for seniors would have been nice. Hot tub/pool was hard to get out of and a stool in the large shower would have been nice. We did find some new excellent places to eat. One was Old Forge Mill restaurant in Pigeon Forge and Smokey Mountain Brewery in Gatlinburg which was on a side street. Weather was gorgeous for the week we were there and minimal craziness in town.
