THE HOME WAS REALLY NICE WITH PLENTY OF ROOMS FOR 8 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN, THE KIDS LOVED THE THEATER ROOM, ARCADE GAMES AND THE FIRE PIT. THE ADULTS LIKED THE LARGE BEDROOM SUITES, EACH WITH A JETTED TUB. IT IS LOCATED IN A GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE TRAFFIC, AND IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE NEIGHBORS NOT TO CLOSE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS GREAT AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO ANY ISSUES THAT WE HAD.

We enjoyed our stayed at this lodge. Built in the core of great smoky mountains. Rooms were organised, bathrooms were cleaned. Kitchens were equipped with all the necessary items needed to make your stay excellent. Indoor pool was pretty big to accommodate the entire guest in my trip. Only the concern was the propane tank which was little greasy. Besides that, I have overall great experience. Must try Cherokee pool lodge! You won’t be disappointed.

The house was a great size with good amenities for a large family group and kids. The pool was put to good use and the kids loved that there were arcade games.

The owners & beartracks were so awesome before our arrival ! They went above to make sure we had a great mountain vacation !

The cabin was very large and had lots of space for a large group. When searching for a cabin in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area I some how missed that this cabin was a 40 minute drive away. We were disappointed that when we arrived the pool wasn’t up to temperature and was extremely cold. We could feel warm water coming from the jets so we knew they must have turned the heater on before we arrived. It took 24 hours to warm up, but the temp they had it set on was still extremely cold. A few more degrees would have made all the difference.

The cabin was very nice. The property owners were very nice and responded immediately. However, for the money we paid for this rental, we were very dissatisfied..
Whoever cleans for them does not do a thorough job. I do not think it is the owners who clean this cabin, because I don't think it would be left like this. The grill was so dirty we wouldn't even use it. Dishes were dirty, lint in dryer, hot tub had a very dirty ring around it, glass coffee pot broke, garbage under cushions. Didn't use the hot tub, but the pool was so cold even the older kids wouldn't swim for very long.If it had been cleaned and kept up, it could of been a 5 star rating. Sadly it was very disappointing, especially for the amount of money we paid for this.
