We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Gorgeous Location With Plenty Of Room
This cabin was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of space to spread out or gather for meals and fun. The location of the cabin is great. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and just a bit further to Pigeon Forge. The view from the back deck is amazing, and I can only imagine it gets even better in the Fall. Each evening, the kids were exciting to go back to the cabin. We will definitely be back.

It was s great time and wonderful cabin.
A View To Rember
This property was amazing and cozy. Just the right fit for my families needs. The location was close enough to attractions but far enough from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This vacation was much needed from "2020" that we needed. The cabin offered the right amount of entertainment, space, comfort and luxury that exceeded my expectations. We are already planning our return trip for a much longer stay. Thanks Elk Springs for a fantastic stay!Highly recommended for all the right reasons and customer service excelled too.
