Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Week!
Spent a week in the cabin. My wife and I have rented quite a few cabins over the years and this was the nicest we have ever stayed in! My kids loved it and hated to come home. We loved the hot tub and used the theater room every night. Do yourself a favor and rent this place.
Cabin "The View"
Check in was very easy. Management was easy to get in touch with and super responsive. Our first day the cabin was a bit hot, so we were concerned the a/c might not be working properly. Someone came out within an hour to check it out. The a/c was fine, but since the cabin has an entire wall of windows (thus the name "The View") it took a little longer than normal to cool down. It cooled down overnight and was fine the rest of our stay. I would definitely stay at another one of Elk Springs' properties.
High School Senior Getaway
It was a great place to take 6 graduating seniors for a small mountain getaway. There was plenty for them to do and we were close enough to the park to do some hiking. The boys spent most of the time in the theater room and they enjoyed the video arcade game as well. This is our second time using Elk Springs and it will not be the last, guaranteed!
One Of The Best Cabin Rental Experiences Ever!
Cabin was spacious, clean, well stocked, and private. It looked like the pictures on line and everything was in working order. An excellent experience overall. We've stayed at many other cabins (through other rental companies) and were disappointed when we arrived. Also, customer service was very helpful with our booking and questions. Elk Springs Resort is the best!
Cozy Comfortable Retreat
We stay in a cabin in the area every year and were looking for one with a view and a sense of privacy. This was perfect. The cabin is cozy; surrounded by trees as it is, it isn't bathed in light, but the big windows in the living room make it feel open anyway. The deck is large and comfortable; I loved the picnic table. I had to do a little work from the cabin - the wi-fi was more than good enough for that, although I didn't check video conferencing or streaming. I really enjoyed the arcade game, made good use of the jetted tub, and the hot tub. It's a nice community, although we didn't check any amenities and very convenient to the arts district and Gatlinburg. I could imagine in high traffic times you will want to make use of alternative approaches. We would DEFINITELY come to this cabin again!
